Established in 1991, The Painted Bird is an independent homewares and lifestyle shop  nestled in the heart of St Ives, a picturesque coastal town in Cornwall.

Situated at the Market Place end of St.Ives' cobbled shopping street, our shop showcases a collection of carefully chosen products for the home, body and living, with an aesthetic that is pared-back and understated.

We celebrate the handmade, the natural and the unique; products which are both beautiful and useful.

In 2022, we opened our shop in Falmouth, situated at the top of Church Street. Here, you’ll find a mirrored curation of our original St Ives shop, ensuring that the same careful attention to detail and aesthetic flows through both spaces.
